In Justine’s household everyone is a vet and a vegetarian. At 16, she’s a gifted teenager ready to take on her first 12 months in vet school, the place her older sister also studies. There, she gets no time to settle: hazing begins proper away. Justine is pressured to eat raw meat for the first time in her life. Unexpected outcomes emerge as her true self begins to form.
