A crew of renegade marine commandos seizes a stockpile of chemical guns and takes over Alcatraz, with eighty one tourists as hostages. Their chief demands $100 million to be paid, as restitution to households of Marines who died in covert ops – or he will release 15 rockets carrying deadly VX gasoline into the San Francisco Bay area.
