In the ultimate decades of the 20th century, the Philippines was a country where low-budget exploitation-film producers have been loose to make virtually any kind of film they wanted, any manner they pleased. It was a country with extremely lax exertions rules and a very permissive angle in opposition to cultural expression. As a result, it grew to become a hotbed for the production of cheapie movies. Their history and the style itself are special in this breezy, nostalgic documentary.
